http://www.gtdagenda.com

You can use it to manage your goals, projects and tasks, set next actions and contexts, use checklists, schedules and a calendar.

A mobile version is available too.

With the new added iCal feed, now you can subscribe to Gtdagenda with third party services like Google Calendar or Apple iCal, and stay up-to-date with your Gtdagenda tasks.

Hope you like it.

The blog entry by Cal Newport is fantastic. I'm going to think more about this and write a bit more, and get some of this information out to the group that I met with last week.

Thank you SO MUCH for pointing that out!

LOL! That's a good point, and I was definitely taking advantage of time AWAY from my family (I was still in a hotel room in Houghton) to get those thoughts out before starting on the 10 hr drive home. Since I'm a business owner and a parent, I work when I can. Today's Sunday and it's naptime. I went for a run and now I'm catching up on blog posts. On weekdays, I don't usually get to the office until 9:30 or 10 and I leave by 4:30 most days.

Until I had kids, I had a lot of "uncommitted" time in my schedule. I once proclaimed that "any day when it's over 50 or under 30, I would be leaving the office at 3, to either x-c ski or to mtn bike". Now, it's harder.

I do work a bit on evenings and weekends, but I'm a different stage in my life than college students are. These students have a lot of working hours ahead of them, but they won't be able to reclaim the college years. The stress can wait! It will be there, when they want it to.
